Sriram is Business Development Manager for the Solutions division at Griffon Marine. He holds an MBA from Aston Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree, with over ten year's experience in manufacturing, technical sales, and project delivery.

He led Griffon’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Southampton, driving the company’s strategic expansion from a specialist hovercraft manufacturer into a broader marine engineering and consultancy capability, establishing Griffon Marine Solutions as a dedicated design and advisory division.

Now a full-time member of Griffon Marine, Sriram drives business development, sales growth, tender submissions, and long-term client partnerships across defence and specialist marine sectors.
