Supporting the Armed Forces community
Griffon Marine is a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, a national pledge to support the Armed Forces community.
The Armed Forces Covenant allows us to formalise our recognition and gratitude for the Armed Forces community. We already employ ex-members of the armed forces and reservists within our workforce and work closely with the military across a number of ongoing projects.
The covenant is our pledge to continue to support the employment of veterans and their partners, as well as encouraging reserve service within our teams. Integrating more veterans as they transition to employment in civilian life would greatly benefit the company and help progress our vision going forward.
The Covenant aims to encourage local communities to support the service community, promote understanding and awareness among the public issues affecting the Armed Forces community and encourage activities which help to integrate people returning from the Armed Forces into local life.
