Our people are at the heart of Griffon Marine. The quality, safety and reliability of our work depend on the skills, experience and judgement of the individuals who design, build and support our vessels.
Several senior leaders and managers within the business began their careers at Griffon Marine as apprentices or graduates and have progressed over many years into leadership positions. We value the continuity this brings, as it preserves technical knowledge, shared standards and a strong sense of culture, while supporting mentoring and development across teams.
We employ a diverse and highly skilled workforce across engineering, production, project delivery and professional disciplines. Practical experience is valued alongside academic training, and we provide meaningful opportunities for people at different stages of their careers.
