Griffon Hoverwork is proud to announce its attendance at DSEI Japan 2025, taking place from 21st to 23rd May at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Tokyo. As Asia’s only large-scale, fully integrated defence event, DSEI Japan provides an essential platform for showcasing innovation, engaging with strategic partners, and reinforcing key relationships across the region.
At this year’s event, Griffon Hoverwork will spotlight the newest class of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC), the Wyvern – a next-generation platform engineered for high-speed amphibious operations, multi-theatre deployment, and unmatched versatility in the most demanding operational environments.
As part of its presence at DSEI Japan, Griffon Hoverwork will also host a dedicated Supplier Summit – bringing together key partners, suppliers, and collaborators from across the globe to discuss the development, supply chain evolution, and technology roadmap behind the Wyvern class.
Griffon Hoverwork recently rebranded to Griffon Marine and its CEO Mark Downer, commented:
“Asia has always played a pivotal role in the history and success of Griffon Hoverwork. From our earliest export models to long-standing customer partnerships, the region has consistently driven innovation and ambition within our business. DSEI Japan is an ideal forum to honour those ties, deepen collaboration, and showcase the Wyvern LCAC – a platform that represents the future of amphibious operations. We’re especially excited to hold our Supplier Summit here, bringing our global partners together to help demonstrate our teamwork to the Japanese and broader Indo-Pacific market.”
The Wyvern LCAC marks a significant step forward in Griffon Hoverwork’s legacy of cutting-edge hovercraft technology. Visitors to DSEI Japan are invited to meet the Griffon Hoverwork team at Stand H7-334 to learn more about the Wyvern and explore partnership opportunities and hear about the evolution of Griffon Hoverwork into the new Griffon Marine brand.
