Griffon Marine is thrilled to announce that it has been named a finalist in four categories at the Maritime Solent Awards 2025. The company is recognised in the following categories:
• Maritime Logistics Operator
• Maritime Defence Supply Chain Enterprise
• Small Business of the Year
• Future Skills – Small Business
These accolades come from the Maritime Solent Awards, which celebrate excellence, innovation, and leadership across the maritime sector in the Solent region. The awards ceremony will be held at the Hilton Southampton, Utilita Bowl on 23 October 2025.

Griffon Marine traces its heritage back over sixty years, combining design, build and after-care in the global amphibious and fast boat sectors. The company operates through three core divisions:
Solutions – specialising in vessel design and consultancy, including expertise in maritime border security, amphibious insertion, riverine operations, and high-speed near-coastal ferries.
Shipyard – based at Trafalgar Wharf in Portchester, this facility handles lightweight marine vessel construction, aluminium marine fabrications, mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering, outfitting, maintenance, and re-fit work, all to internationally recognised standards.
Support – providing 24/7 global support with spares, engineering assistance, crew training and despatch reliability to ensure vessel readiness and mission success.
