With a strong foundation in mechanical aviation engineering, Steve has vast experience working on structures, components, gearboxes and gas turbines. His career includes hands-on expertise in aircraft and marine gas turbines, including extensive battle damage repairs to Chinook and Sea King helicopters.
Transitioning into planning, support engineering, and procurement, Steve has successfully managed complex supply chains for Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell engine programmes. As UK Supply Chain and Logistics Manager at StandardAero, he oversaw operations across five sites. Now, as Head of Supply Chain at Griffon Marine, Steve leverages his strategic procurement and logistics expertise to support new projects and drive operational success.
