Kailen Silva
Chief Engineer
Kailen studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Southampton, graduating in 2019. After starting as a summer intern in 2018, he rejoined as a Graduate Design Engineer and worked his way up to Chief Engineer. He has played a key role in multiple hovercraft build and consultancy projects, with notable leadership as the Technical Project Manager for the Wyvern military hovercraft, and the ongoing development of the new Canadian Coast Guard hovercraft. Kailen is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the Royal Aeronautical Society.
