He transitioned into consulting, working on global projects in sectors such as mining, aerospace, trains, trucks, and agricultural vehicles.
His achievements include setting up and managing multiple factories, such as a mining equipment facility in Australia and the RNLI All-weather Lifeboat Centre in Poole.
