He began his career in CNC machining before advancing to quality inspection and engineering roles, where he developed his skills in Quality Assurance, process optimisation, and regulatory compliance. In 2023, Jim became Integrated Quality Manager at Griffon Marine, leading the company’s Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems.
