James Blackmore
Head of Griffon Marine Solutions
James is the Head of Griffon Marine Solutions, where he leads all design consultancy activities across the business. Since joining the company in 2018 as a graduate, James has progressed through a range of technical and leadership roles, contributing to numerous high-profile projects and playing a key part in their successful delivery.
James holds a BSc in Marine & Composite Technologies from the University of Plymouth, followed by a Master’s degree in Yacht and Small Craft Design from the University of Southampton. James is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng), accredited by the Royal Institution of Naval Architects.
