Dean brings over 30 years of experience in the marine industry and currently serves as Head of Griffon Marine Shipyard. In this role, he is responsible for securing projects and overseeing operations at the Portchester shipbuilding site. Dean is deeply committed to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget, ranging from small marine crafts to large hovercraft. Throughout his career, he has adapted to significant changes in the industry, steadily progressing from his start as an Electrical Apprentice at Vosper Thornycroft. Driven by a passion for all things marine, Dean is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and experience with the next generation.
