Becky Skelton
Project Management Leader
Becky began her career at Griffon Hoverwork in 2009 as a Fabricator/Welder Apprentice. After successfully completing her apprenticeship, she earned multiple welding certifications, specialising in structural work and hull builds. In 2020, Becky temporarily transitioned to the office to assist with customer support which sparked an interest in planning and operations. Embracing this new direction, she made a permanent move into the office and was appointed as a Spares Coordinator.
In 2024, Becky’s dedication and expertise led to her promotion as Project Manager, where she now oversees spares and other key projects within the company.
