Andy Weaver
Customer Account Executive
Andy joined Griffon Hoverwork in 2012 as an Aluminium Fabricator and Welder, focusing on hull structures in production. Prior to this, he gained in-depth experience in the building industry, specialising in mild steel and stainless steel structural work, with roles spanning shopfloor operations to estimating and contract management.
Over the years, Andy advanced from supervising the construction of a 12m craft to leading the build of a 22m craft. This progression led him to his current management role in our defence section, where he oversees and coordinates all Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirements. Andy takes pride in fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
