Andy joined Griffon Hoverwork in 2012 as an Aluminium Fabricator and Welder, focusing on hull structures in production. Prior to this, he gained in-depth experience in the building industry, specialising in mild steel and stainless steel structural work, with roles spanning shopfloor operations to estimating and contract management.

Over the years, Andy advanced from supervising the construction of a 12m craft to leading the build of a 22m craft. This progression led him to a management role in our defence section, where he oversaw and coordinated all Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirements before taking on the role of Project Management Advisor overseeing the license build in India. Following Andy's return from India, he was appointed as Head of Griffon Marine Support. Andy takes pride in fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
