Why work for us
At Griffon Marine, we aim to create an enjoyable and fulfilling workplace. As leaders in our field, we’re always looking for like-minded individuals who want to add value and grow with us.
We’re committed to developing our capabilities to stay competitive and offer apprenticeship and graduate training opportunities. Unlike larger employers, our graduates and apprentices take on responsibility early in their careers.
We employ a diverse range of skilled tradespeople, providing a dynamic, growing environment. Our welders are certified by Lloyd’s and specialise in bonding thin-walled aluminium structures. Our fitters, mechanics, electricians, painters, and technicians continually refine their techniques to improve our craft.
Our engineers, from chartered engineering and naval architecture backgrounds, work with industry leaders, while our designers use cutting-edge CAD technology to develop 3D models and take responsibility for the development of major systems.
