Apprenticeships at Griffon Marine

At Griffon Marine Ltd, apprenticeships are at the heart of our commitment to developing future marine engineering talent.

Our apprentices work hands‑on across real marine environments, from practical engineering tasks in the workshop to supporting our teams on-site. By learning alongside experienced marine professionals, they gain valuable skills, confidence, and industry insight from day one.

I have worked at Griffon Marine for three and a half years and it has given me amazing opportunities to travel abroad multiple times. I’m in training to become a skipper, learning new skills and improving the ones I already have. Everyday is a learning day at Griffon Marine.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements will include a minimum of 3 passes at GCE level including Maths and English for most roles but a minimum of 5 passes at GCE level including Maths and English  for the CAD and sales roles.

Most apprentices will work under the supervision of others, as well as attending College during the week.
